If you
would like to return a product, we recommend that
you carefully read the following notes detailing our
return policy. All request for product returns must
be emailed to:

Terms & Conditions
We will accept product returns on products only
after a customer has emailed us and advised of of
their intentions to return a product. Customer
service will issue a Return Authorization Number via
an email. The email will contain the Return
Authorization Number and the customer care agents'
name that assigned it to you. Please retain a copy
of this Return Authorization Number email for your
records. It will serve as your proof of valid
approved product return. You must write this number
on your invoice and include it on your return
package. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the
returned product(s). No product will be accepted
after 45 days from the day that an order was placed.
All other returns are not accepted. All refunds
apply to the product purchase price, which excludes
shipping charges.
Returns must be sent via UPS.
Because we provide our product at the lowest
possible prices, returns are very costly to us. All
approved returns will incur a 25% restocking fee for
all unopened bottles. This 25% fee will be applied
to the total cost of the purchase and is necessary
due to the fact that we spend significant resources
to inspect and validate the re-entry into our
inventory.
Please note the 25% restocking fee ONLY applies to
multiple bottle orders/returns. |
